1. Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of holiday apartments by Velora Living to guests.
2. Booking By booking, the guest makes a binding offer to conclude a rental agreement. The booking becomes binding upon confirmation by Velora Living.
3. Prices and Payment All prices quoted are final prices. Payment is made according to the conditions specified at the time of booking.
4. Arrival and Departure Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed.
5. Use of the Accommodation The accommodation may only be used by the persons named in the booking. Parties, events, and commercial use are not permitted. These are non-smoking accommodations.
6. Cancellation The cancellation policy depends on the rate selected at the time of booking. The conditions specified at the time of booking are applicable.
7. Liability The guest is liable for damages caused during their stay. Velora Living is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
8. Final Provisions Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
