House rules

1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee and subject to availability. Guests who remain in the room after the agreed check-out time or delay cleaning will be liable for all resulting costs.

2. Guests are not permitted to make reservations with us within their own town. Please contact us if you wish to book within your own town.

3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will be penalized with a fee of €250 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repair.

4. Commercial photography and video recording without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited.

5. Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not permitted. We charge €30 per night for each unauthorized guest.

6. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking permits.

7. Noise level monitoring systems can be installed in apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance can be installed in public areas.

8. Guests are fully liable for any damage to or loss of the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.



9. By booking, you agree to the house rules. Guests who violate the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, and expenses. A violation may lead to immediate cancellation of the booking and eviction from the apartment without a refund.
