This apartment has recently been completely renovated and awaits you with a fresh and modern design. Start your day with a coffee and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment has to offer. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare even three-course meals. From a toaster and kettle to all the necessary kitchen utensils, you'll find everything you need! A microwave and dishwasher are also provided. In the living area, you can enjoy your favorite movies or TV series on our 55-inch television! The bathroom is equipped with a powerful hairdryer. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials like shower gel and shampoo. You can also relax on the apartment's private terrace at the end of the day! With two comfortable sofa beds, the apartment can accommodate up to six guests. Since we know that a good night's sleep is essential for an action-packed day, we've equipped the sofa beds with extra-thick mattress toppers!

Access to the apartment is via a key box. This allows you to arrive and check out at your leisure, stress-free and relaxed. You will receive the access details one day before your arrival. The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home!

A washer-dryer is available on the ground floor of the main building (for a fee). It can be booked in the "Laundry Lounge" using a QR code.

Free parking is available around the building.

The location is excellent: our accommodation is situated in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing or taking long walks along the Danube. The bus stop is just steps away, and from there you can reach the city center or the picturesque old town of Passau with its many narrow streets and shops in just under 10 minutes.
