Start your day with a coffee and enjoy all the wonderful amenities of this apartment. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. From a toaster and kettle to all the necessary kitchen utensils, you'll find everything you need! A dishwasher is also provided. Enjoy movies or TV series on our 55-inch television! The bathroom is equipped with a powerful hairdryer. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials like shower gel and shampoo. You can also relax and unwind on the apartment's balcony at the end of the day! Since we know that a good night's sleep is essential for an action-packed day, we've equipped the comfortable double bed with an extra-thick mattress topper!

Baby cot and highchair available upon request!

Access to the apartment is via a key box. This allows you to arrive and check out at your leisure, stress-free and relaxed. You will receive the access details one day before your arrival. The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home!

A washer-dryer is available on the ground floor of the main building (for a fee). It can be booked in the "Laundry Lounge" using a QR code.

Free parking is available around the building.

The location is excellent: our accommodation is situated in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing or taking long walks along the Danube. The bus stop is just steps away, and from there you can reach the city center or the picturesque old town of Passau with its many narrow streets and shops in just under 10 minutes.
